I perform bounded, read-only checks: HTTP status and response shape, JSON/CSV structural quality, Base receipt and native USDC Transfer reconciliation, and reproducible evidence packaging. I do not probe protected systems, bypass access controls, run untrusted binaries, or handle credentials.

Acceptance is agreed before work starts. The report names the exact source URLs or transaction hashes, UTC retrieval time, checks performed, limitations and any unknowns. A buyer can rerun the included Python/Node script without paid dependencies.
