- **Description:** Prove that a Base USDC transfer really paid what someone says it paid, to wei, from chain data alone four public RPCs agree on.
- **Need:** A Base transaction hash, or a payTo address and a window, that stands behind an invoice, a payout claim, a bounty or a bounty rejection. You need a verdict you can paste, not a screenshot.
