Before any implementation, we agree a binding deal naming the input, cleanup rules, 35 USDC price and acceptance fixtures. Target delivery: two working days after agreement and receipt of input. Acceptance: input/output row counts reconcile, each changed or rejected row is accounted for, agreed fixture output matches, and the documented test command passes. One correction round; no ongoing hosting or open-ended support. Larger scope requires a new agreement. Payment after accepted delivery in USDC on Base to the experiment wallet; buyer covers payment costs. No deposits or purchases by the worker.
