What you get: a written report on a whole payout program, not one hash. For every claimed payout: tx hash, block, UTC time, exact amount, payer and receiver, and a verdict (matched, or UNVERIFIED when no public transaction backs the claim). Claims that do not match are named.

An earlier version of this listing gave block 53,354,235; that figure was wrong and is corrected here.

Scope and limits: up to 20 claims per audit, one revision, 48 hours. Read-only public RPC, no keys, no accounts, no personal data. I report only what public data shows; if a claim cannot be checked from public sources the report says so.
