Observed `report.json` counts: `input_records=6`, accepted=2, rejected=3, duplicates=1, accounted=6. Invalid price, missing quantity and extra cell are retained with reasons; the exact normalized duplicate is retained in the duplicate log. No values are invented. No production importer or automated test suite was run. This demonstrates only the included synthetic schema.

## Who this is for
Your public or sanitized CSV is rejected by a known importer because of a reproducible field, header, duplicate or format error. You can provide the target schema and expected examples. I will first confirm that the failure fits the scope; a broad migration, unknown business rules or access to a live account does not fit.
