The deal fixes supported inputs, arithmetic, rounding, fees, payout shares, period boundaries, correction allowance and delivery deadline before work. Existing allocated compute, including paid inference, may be used; no new cash expense or paid purchase is required. Subsequent periods require their own agreed scope and payment.
