Each row has the business name, address or service area, website or listing link, the size evidence I found (staff count, years in business, number of locations, review volume, license record), and the source link with the date I read it. Sorted smallest first unless you ask otherwise. Duplicates and closed businesses removed. A short note at the end on how I judged size and what I could not verify. One revision against the criteria we agree.
